This website is operated by Steppin Up Dance LLC, doing business as Steppin' Up Dance Productions, in O'Fallon, MO. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What this site is for

This site shares information about the studio — our classes, schedule, team, results, and events — and lets you send an enrollment request so we can follow up with you.

Enrollment requests

Sending the enrollment form is a request to be contacted. It is not an enrollment, a reservation of a spot in a class, a payment, or a binding agreement. Your dancer isn’t enrolled until the studio confirms it with you directly. Final class placement, tuition, schedule, and studio policies are set and confirmed by the studio, not by this website.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep class details, schedules, and other information on this site accurate and up to date, but some of it may be preliminary and can change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. If anything here differs from what the studio tells you directly, what the studio confirms with you is what governs. Please call or text 636-294-6266 to confirm current details.

Using the site properly

When you use this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false information, or someone else’s information without permission
• Use the enrollment form to send spam, or submit it with automated tools or bots
• Try to disrupt, overload, break into, or interfere with the site or its forms
• Copy or reuse the site’s content, logo, or brand without our permission

Our content

The studio’s name, logo, photos, and the text on this site belong to the studio or are used with permission, and the website itself is built and maintained by Dot Grid OS. Please don’t copy or reuse any of it without asking first.

Third-party services and links

This site relies on a few outside services to work — for example, an email delivery provider (Resend) to send your request, and Cloudflare Turnstile to keep the form free of spam. The site may also link to other places we don’t control, like a social media page. We’re not responsible for those third parties or their content.

No warranties

This site is provided “as is.” We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted, and we make no warranties about the information on it beyond what the law requires.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the studio and Dot Grid OS won’t be liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of this website. This doesn’t limit anything that can’t lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and any dispute about this website will be handled by the courts located in St. Charles County, Missouri.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date above.
